New Purchase

  • If you print less than 100-120 pages a month, consider Deskjet or ink tank printers from any brand.
  • If you print over 100 pages a month, consider an Officejet printer of any brand.
  • If you print over 1000 pages a month, laserjet printers are the economical and fast choice.
  • For photo printing, choose a photo printer of any brand.

Basic Printer

If only printing is required and scanning is not needed, regular printers are available in the $80-100 range.

All In One

If scanning and faxing features are required, consider all-in-one printers.

Wireless Printer

If wireless printing from laptop or smartphone is needed, go for a WiFi-enabled printer.
– A wireless printer connects to your devices via network without cables.
– A wired printer uses USB/ethernet cable.

Most products come with 1-year manufacturer warranty for repair/replacement. Most products shipped within 3 working days in Canada and 5-7 days in USA. Priority shipping is available with extra cost.

Post Purchase Setup

USB Connection

Connect printer to computer via USB cable and install software/drivers from disk or manufacturer’s website.
If still facing problems, contact printer manufacturer.

Connect Printer Wireless

Download drivers, run wireless setup wizard from printer control panel, and connect to your network.
If unable to print, contact manufacturer.

Ensure your printer is connected and software is installed for scanning. Contact manufacturer if unable to scan.

Refer to user manual or YouTube for ink cartridge replacement to avoid damage.

  • If unable to print, check computer connection and ensure WiFi light is on.
  • If connection is fine, check for paper jam and paper tray status.
  • Clear the print queue.
  • Reinstall drivers if needed. If still failing, contact manufacturer.
